No win, No fee – We believe that your compensation is yours to keep.
We understand that many Queensland personal injury firms offer “no win, no fee” services, but not all of them provide the transparency and fairness you deserve. While some firms might seem appealing, hidden costs or uplift fees can reduce your final compensation. Unlike most other firms, we cap our fees at 30% of your compensation – guaranteed. The Legal Profession Act 2007 permits firms to charge professional fees of up to 50% of your compensation (after first deducting statutory refunds and disbursements). Kelly Compensation Law’s cap on professional fees at 30% adds another layer of protection for our client and assists to ensure that your settlement stays where it belongs – in your hands.
Some firms may charge extra for soft disbursements like printing, faxing, photocopying and emails and/or to apply an arbitrary uplift of up to 25% to their professional fees. We’re different. We charge none of those items and we also do not charge any uplifts.
